A few details can help.
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. When possible, include:
- Device model, iOS version and app version;
- Music source and the name of the affected theme;
- Steps that reliably reproduce the issue;
- Screenshots or recordings you are comfortable sharing.
Only share information relevant to the issue. Check text and attachments before sending, and remove passwords, verification codes or anything you prefer to keep private.
02 / OPTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS
You can attach a diagnostic report.

In versions that support this feature, open Issue Feedback in the app settings, then choose Generate Diagnostic Report to open the report screen.

Add an optional description, then select Generate Diagnostic Report on that screen and review the summary.

Choose Send by Email, check the recipient and attachment in the system email screen, then tap Send yourself.
If no system email account is configured, use the sharing option to save the report and attach it from your preferred email app. Reports are optional. Generating one does not upload it.

Why are the visuals not following the music?
Check the Audio Visualization setting first. Readable local audio supports real-time analysis; protected Apple Music audio may not provide a real-time signal. Touch and ambient animation remain available where supported by the theme.
Why are lyrics missing for a song?
Lyrics depend on information in the file, local lyrics and online matching, which may not find every song. Include the title, artist and recording version in feedback to help identify a mismatch.
Is feedback sent automatically?
No. This page provides an email link. App reports must be shared by you or sent from the email screen. The website has no diagnostic upload form.
