A few details can help.
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. When possible, include:
- Device model, iOS version and app version;
- Music source and the name of the affected theme;
- Steps that reliably reproduce the issue;
- Screenshots or recordings you are comfortable sharing.
Only share information relevant to the issue. Check text and attachments before sending, and remove passwords, verification codes or anything you prefer to keep private.

You can attach a diagnostic report.

In versions that support this feature, open Issue Feedback in the app settings, then choose Generate Diagnostic Report to open the report screen.

Add an optional description, then select Generate Diagnostic Report on that screen and review the summary.

Choose Send by Email, check the recipient and attachment in the system email screen, then tap Send yourself.
If no system email account is configured, use the sharing option to save the report and attach it from your preferred email app. Reports are optional. Generating one does not upload it.

Why are the visuals not following the music?
Check the Audio Visualization setting first. Readable local audio supports real-time analysis; protected Apple Music audio may not provide a real-time signal. Touch and ambient animation remain available where supported by the theme. You can also explicitly enable ambient listening to drive visuals with sounds around the device. It does not access the original Apple Music audio stream.
Why are lyrics missing for a song?
Lyrics depend on information in the file, local lyrics and online matching, which may not find every song. Include the title, artist and recording version in feedback to help identify a mismatch.
Is feedback sent automatically?
No. This page provides an email link. App reports must be shared by you or sent from the email screen. The website has no diagnostic upload form.
Read the privacy policyOptional ambient listening?
Ambient listening is an optional feature. It starts only when you actively enable it and grant microphone permission. You can control it from the home screen and immersive player. Audio is analyzed live in memory; microphone audio is not recorded, saved or uploaded. It captures sounds around your device, not the original Apple Music audio stream. Music inside headphones usually cannot be heard by the microphone. Capture stops when you turn it off, the app goes into the background or an audio interruption occurs. It is off on every cold launch.
How are missing covers filled in?
For local music artwork, the app uses the file’s embedded artwork first. If it is missing and suitable title and artist tags exist, it may automatically query Apple iTunes Search with those tags and the device region. Apple also receives connection information such as your IP address. Audio files, file paths and audio content are not sent for this lookup. Results are strictly matched against track information. Matching results are cached on the device. When offline or no suitable match is found, an abstract fabric image is shown. Use local music offline if you do not want artwork queries sent. Apple handles these requests under its privacy policy.
Does access to all Beta themes count as a purchase?
Beta 0.1.0 (2) makes all themes available for testing without purchases and does not grant purchased entitlements. Public access remains subject to TestFlight availability and review. Paid theme sales are not currently available. If purchases are offered in a future version, Apple will handle payments and restoration; MINEMUSE will not receive card numbers.
